Our studio apartment offers accommodation for those who appreciate nature and tranquility. With River Derwent views, we are nestled in the hills of Granton. The apartment occupies the ground level of our home, with its own entrance and car park. Includes Queen Bed, foldaway 2 single beds and/or portacot, comfy couch, tv, aircon, wardrobe, kitchenette (toaster, kettle, fridge, microwave, tableware), dining table, separate bathroom, gym, pool, hot tub, BBQ, and courtyard area with outdoor setting.

There is a solar heated pool which is great in the summer, a pool table in a separate games room, and a playground for kids. It is 15 mins to airport and 25 drive to the centre of Hobart. The grounds are spacious and there is ample parking. There is also a private outdoor under cover barbeque area.
