Ground floor unit close to the beach ( ,you need to be out side to see the sunset ) good down on the beach .. great for couples, familes ( baby cot,hi chair available ). Approx 6 ks south of town where there is a wide range of amenities . unit sleeps 1 to 4 people with a super king bed in 1 room. 2 single beds in 2nd . (bedrooms are interconnecting) small kitchen / living area. Bathroom , plus a storage room with a washing machine, drier .Off street under cover parking.Private entrance.

Arthurstown Rd Riverview House

Well equipped house next to the river. Down a country road. But still close to all the attractions. From 2 people to 8 people we can easily accommodate large groups but still a very cozy house. Light the fire or just switch the heat pump on. This house has 2 queen beds, 3 single permanent beds. 4th single bunk bed is put up in the front room for those bigger groups. Please let Host know if you require the bunk bed up. 5mins drive to town. River & Mountain views. Fully fenced, pets welcome.

OCEANSIDE RETREAT

A beachfront studio unit sleeping 5 on the same large rural beachfront property as Penguins Retreat and Whitebait Cottage. The sleeping area of the large unit is divided into two so that the queen bed and the second area with another queen bed and single bed have visual privacy but the wall does not go to the ceiling We do not live on the property so this place suits independent travellers who have a car, wanting to spend time on a west coast beach. Only 3 minutes drive to Hokitika township.

Our self contained open plan cabin offers a relaxing escape, with comfy beds, a full kitchen and spacious bathroom. The Cabin is only a short walk away to a secluded beach where mussels can be gathered, or you may be lucky and find a piece of greenstone. Soak in the outdoor hot tub, especially if you have done the Paparoa Track (pick up/drop off can be arranged at a competitive price, please enquire.) Snuggle up in front of the log burner fire in Winter. Continental Breakfast is included.
