This front side ground floor room has two queen size beds and is perfect for your family vacation. Enjoy the relaxation of the Rockport beach just a short walk away!

This is a waterfront cottage located on Copano Bay with easy access to excellent wade fishing, kayaking, boating or any other water activities. Just steps away from a beautiful 325' PRIVATE PIER. Bait stands, boat ramps , multiple bay systems within few miles. Beach, shopping, restaurant, public pool, art galleries near by. This condo is fully furnished w/ a stackable washer & dryer, open concept from dining area to living room. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed w/ coastal decor, flat screen TV. There is a private entrance/exit through the sliding door to the patio area that overlooks the bay! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds & a flat screen TV & lots of closet space & view of the bay. The living room has pull out queen couch, flat screen TV, and walk out to the patio through the sliding doors.

Blue Bay House w/Hot Tub and Community Pool

Soak in hot tub next to the fire pit. Take dip in neighborhood pool or head to the beach. You are sure to enjoy your stay in Rockport. 5 minutes from boat launch. 15 minutes from Rockport Beach and 30 minutes from Port Aransas Beach. **** Airbnb is misleading guests house is 15 min walk from beach. It is not. To get to the water, you must drive. There is no water access from the house. I can’t get Airbnb to correct this. Please do not book if you are expecting to walk to beach. *****

Surrounded by canals and the view of the bay. Condo Pool is walking distance with private access. Boat slips and on the street parking. Perfect place to get away to fish off the deck. Cleaning stations on site. Perfect place to celebrate special occasion or anniversaries. Boat can be launched at the public ramp on Rockport Beach. (Small fee for daily entrance) but nice clean beach with playground.
