Twixt is a mid-terrace Victorian cottage located in the idyllic North Norfolk village of Burnham Overy Staithe. It's just a short walk from the picturesque quay and the North Norfolk coastal path. Recently refurbished and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay - whether a weekend or a longer break - it will comfortably accommodate four people in the two bedrooms which are furnished with a kingsize and twin beds. There is also room for a travel cot in the master bedroom.

Set in a peaceful location, the property has a lovely garden with a riverside summerhouse and decking, perfect for lazy days, barbecues and evening drinks. Within walking distance of Stiffkey's salt marshes/coastal path, Stiffkey Stores & the popular Red Lion pub.

THE BRICKMAKER'S RETREAT- Large & Cosy Safari Tent

Our large safari tent is more like a lodge as it has a raised wooden floor, large windows and a woodburning stove inside. The retreat is close to 3 beaches and walking distance from Holkham Hall. It is on a Wild Campsite so you'll get close to nature and experience a forgotten Norfolk Brickyard. You’ll love the seclusion, the peace and quiet and the rest of the campsite. The Brickmaker's Retreat is a beautiful place for couples, small families with 2 kids or great for a group of 4 friends.

Belle Air cottage in Brancaster

Belle Air is a two bedrooms two bathrooms bungalow beautifully located in the wonderful village of Brancaster. The property offers off road parking for two cars, and a spacious garden with a reading garden shade. The location is ideal for beach goers, golf players, bird watchers and anyone who love beautiful skies and discover the Norfolk coast. Just a wonderful place to stay where you can enjoy a summer on the beach or a warm cosy weekend by the fire during the winter days after a walk.

Get ready for your romantic stay at Bag End Hobbit house. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

Beach Hut 65 is the perfect space to relax, unwind and explore the beautiful beach of Wells-Next-The-Sea. You will find yourself surrounded by colourful beach huts, golden sand and shady pinewoods, with stunning sea views from your elevated view. The hut is very comfortable and well equipped, guaranteed to make your visit truly relaxing and stress free! Please note - No over night stays, day use only. To minimise the risk of fire, BBQ's and fires are prohibited on the beach and dunes.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.
