This fully-furnished one-bedroom "garage apartment" is attached to our main home, but you will have your own private entrance! You can expect this to be your home-away-from-home with all the practicalities and necessities taken care of. No stairs are required to the ground-floor entrance except for two little ones in front of the door. Popular for shorter stays, but more than suitable for longer stays, with ample storage, a combo W/D, compact D/W, and dedicated HVAC system. Amazing location!

Located 15 minutes from RDU airport and less than 10 minutes away from Downtown Durham and Duke University. Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

A 600 s.f. cottage retreat designed by Robert Phillips. One bedroom, full bath and kitchen, and spacious living room. Ten ft. ceilings and fine architectural details; terraced; fountains nestled in a tree grove on 10 acres with foot paths. 15-20 minutes to Chapel Hill/Carrboro, University of North Carolina; Pittsboro and the Saxapahaw arts community on the Haw River.
