Just a seven minute drive from the Langdale Ferry Terminal, this peaceful little gem sits alongside a beautiful creek that will sing you to sleep in the fall, winter, and spring. Tucked into the forest canopy on Bowen Island, the Wildwood Cabins are authentic, hand crafted post and beam cabins built from local and reclaimed timber. Each cabin is clad in natural and charred cedar and is blended into the sword ferns, cedar, hemlock and fir trees that surround it. The Wisewoods Cabin

Experience simple indoor/outdoor living at this cozy cabin in the forest, and feel immersed in nature. The small yet spacious cabin was built and designed to maximize space efficiency and comfort, and it’s intentionally equipped with all that you need for an easy weekend getaway or extended stay. It’s tucked in and among tall trees and big ferns on a private, residential property where I live with my family. Our neighbours include forest critters, horses, dogs, cats and friendly people.

Bookings are only offered with a guided boat taxi ride from Deep Cove, round trip included per booking. Generally guests remain at the cabin for the duration of their stay making it necessary to bring all groceries needed. Once at Fernleecove the property offers a natural setting to enjoy the ocean & woods from a comfortable cabin hideaway.
