First level has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen ready to entertain family and friends. The garage has 6 kayaks, life jackets, fishing gear, washer and dryer.

The Rustic Bear Cabin is located in Crystal River on 1.16 acre, surrounded by woods & close to the Springs. Very cozy and relaxing. Relaxing water view retreat. Our River House is located in a nature's paradise, and is an animal free property due to the owner’s and their families severe allergies. We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

If you are looking to unwind and enjoy nature, this place will afford you the peace and quiet.
