The Tiny House is ready to welcome you to a drop of heaven on the Big Island!🌴 Please be my guest for an exquisite experience in beauty, peace, and tranquility! The Tiny House is a separate guest quarters attached to the main house by only a breezeway. It has its own private entrance, covered lanai, and private yard. Everything you need for an amazing stay is included--- all cooking amenities, beach towels and chairs. The main house has a solar heated pool which is available for Tiny House guests, and a large deck with magnificant ocean and sunset views. Welcome to our beautiful home located at Kailua Kona. Our house is nestled in a peaceful gated neighborhood, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Entire guest suite attached to the main house, separate entrance. Private one bedroom with 2 king size beds full bath with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. We live next door with our children. We are an active family and you will likely hear us living our happy life :) We wake fairly early and are in bed by 11 most nights.

When staying in our space, we have a variety of beach toys and towels that we welcome guests to use. The Ironman triathletes are also welcome.

Located at 2400 feet elevation, we offer our downstairs, two-bedroom, one-bathroom Ohana. Our house is located on a quiet Kona coffee farm. We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.

Magic Sands Beach House

This bali-style beach house, with a tree-house feel and open floor plan, is an ideal vacation property. With ocean peeks from the lanai, you can watch the sun set seasonally between the trees from the oversized deck, or from Magic Sands Beach only blocks away.
