Keuka Beach House - Glamping at its best!

My place is right on the lake and great for summer activities. The deck hangs out over the water overlooking the beach and dock. Outdoor opportunities include your own hiking trail on five acres of land behind the house, cycling, swimming, kayaking and canoeing. It's a great place for couples, solo adventurers, and pets who like to swim. Currently, New York State charges 8% sales tax and Yates County charges 4% Occupancy Tax which is added to the amount you pay when booking the space. Sorry.

TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. The house is perfect for 2 couples or a family of four. Bonus room above the boathouse with a pull out sofa.

The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

If you are going to just hang out, do it at this beautiful setting on Keuka Lake. Child-Friendly. Wonderful swimming area! Scenic drives around the vineyards. Spacious, comfortable home along a very quiet road. Cozy All-Season getaway! Enjoy your own private beach and dock. Swim/float/kayak in pristine waters. Walk along the lake. Stargaze. The neighborhood is made up of countless privately owned cottages along the Honeoye Lake. Honeoye has two traffic lights, a small supermarket, two gas stations, restaurants, super market, a convenience store, boat launches, a public beach & other nearby attractions. There are two Ski areas within 10 miles from Karen's property; Bristol Mountain and Hunt Hollow.
