Lake Muskoka Executive Cottage Out Door Hot Tub, Firewood, Full Back Up Generac Power and snow ploughing are all essentials for a good holiday and are included. Lake Muskoka makes for a perfect walking, skiing or snowshoeing path as well there are numerous trails in the area. The cottage is close to snowmobile trails and there is a rental company in the area that will deliver snowmobiles to the cottage. There is a grand Muskoka granite wood burning fireplace for extra comfort and ambiance.

No linens provided (No Blankets, sheets pillowcases or towels). Sorry NO PETS as guests on the property and NO SMOKING indoors. The cottage is right on the water, lots of wildlife, great for bird watching, Large 4 lake system, miles of boating on Gloucester pool, then for a further adventure it is connected to Georgian bay by locks on the Trent Severn. Honey Harbor, Midland, Whites Falls and lots of provincial parks close by, great fishing, ATV and hiking trails, fish right off the dock

In the heart of Muskoka on 3 Mile Lake. This cozy Log Cabin is set on private property. This studio room has all modern amenities which include 65” Smart TV, Netflix, microwave, keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, toaster-oven, hot plate, barbecue and wall mounted fireplace. It has two beds and a full bathroom with seated shower. The waterfront has a shallow entry or you can jump in from the dock. A canoe, 2 kayaks & life jackets are for your use.
