Nearby are parks, restaurants, summer splash pad, and shops. It's the perfect accommodation for couples, small families, seniors, solo adventurers, and business travelers. While the owners live in the home upstairs, guests have the roomy basement suite all to themselves.

You will hear others in the floor below. The spiral staircase is not for everyone, I would not advise this space for anyone (including pets) with mobility issues. Suitcases are difficult to carry up the stairs. The second bedroom has sloped ceilings which may not be suitable for tall people.
