Renovated to suit modern life while retaining its original cottage feel; it is an ideal year round spot for water and wilderness loving families, couples and dog owners. Overlooking Burgh Island, the cottage is walking distance to 3 stunning beaches and two cosy 13th C pubs. Picturesque markets towns of Modbury, Kingsbridge, Salcombe, 20 min drive away.

Sunset Lodge is designed for 1 or 2 guests, with a super King size bed ,a comfortable living area & a kitchen. The Lodge offers complete privacy, great views and easy walks to the sea and the South coast footpath. There is a large decking with a dining area . We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
