Come relax and enjoy one of Colorado’s best lakes and trail systems. We’re 20 minutes from downtown Fort Collins & 45 min to Rocky Mountain National Park. Short term boat/trailer parking allowed and is just a 2-minute drive from the boat ramp!

Our Cottage is free standing, located away from other buildings on our property. The cottage is great for a getaway, close to the mountains, town. 3 miles to Old Town, 1 mile to the foothills. It's quiet, peaceful with a country feel, yet close to many wonderful adventures. Great room appeal with a large screen TV, DVD player and queen size sofa sleeper. Full size washer/dryer in the large bathroom. Parking is next to the cottage. There is a wood burning stove and we will provide the wood.
