Our large, stream-side, historic 1870’s home features spacious rooms and a lovely garden with a bridge over a private stream. Enjoy coffee & brunch from the cafe next door. A fire pit and open space for playing is perfect for families in our yard. Our home is walking distance to restaurants, shops, farmers market and the Pa. Military Museum and a few minutes from Tussey Mountain Ski and PSU. Enjoy great wifi and Pa. History at our home. Anything less than 5 stars hurts our ratings in reviews.

Just over 1 mile north of campus in a lovely neighborhood! One block from N. Atherton St., and convenient to everything. Walk to dozens of restaurants, hop a bus to campus, or take the bike trail to the stadium, arboretum, & parks. Huge sun room, an ideal entertainment & gathering space! Sleeps 10 (3 queen beds, 1 queen futon, 1 queen air mattress). We live very close by and we'll go out of our way to ensure you have a great stay in Happy Valley! Rates vary based on demand for prime weekends.

Our home is nested on top of a hill in beautiful Lemont on a private, half-acre, lot located 5 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Freshly renovated mobile home that comfortably sleeps 6 people. 2 bedrooms, one room with a queen and another with two twin beds, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. There's a Spacious living and dining room/kitchen,there is also a large backyard perfect for football weekends. Walking distance to local cafes and eateries with a bus stop at the bottom of the road
