The yurt is a modern, light, space with a deck. It's nestled between a mixed conifer forest and Starlight Meadow. We're at the end of a private road on 20 acres. The property is gated for your comfort and peace of mind. There's a large trampoline at the edge of the meadow perfect for stargazing and sunsets. The creek flows October thru June depending on rainfall. Six miles from Shady Cove where you'll find restaurants and a grocery store. 40 miles to Crater Lake. 26 to Ashland. Treat yourself!

You'll discover enchanting views at every window, from city streets to a quiet English garden and pond. You are only a few steps from Ashland Plaza, yet the retreat-like environment we offer to all our guests requires that no incense, smoking, vaping or pets are allowed in the Carriage House. We are only 2 easy miles from downtown Ashland with multiple wineries close by. There is hiking, swimming at Emigrant Lake nearby as well. This cozy mountain cabin is located at 5200 feet elevation in the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument, just 21 miles off the I-5. It is walking distance to Hyatt Lake, the PCT. This area is perfect for a large variety of outdoor activities. Our cabin is located in the woods surrounded by nature. While we take every precaution to keep the cabin clean and well maintained it is possible that an occasional mouse or other small woodland critters may find their way inside. NO OUTDOOR FIRES

Countryman-Fox Carriage House

Considering the central location of this little gem, it is amazingly peaceful. To add to this charm, the cottage is fresh & bright with a lovely view across the valley. What a joy to walk across the street to the theater & dinner without parking issues. Besides being clean & safe, I like the king size bed, the fireplace, the choice of large tub or shower, the heated bathroom floor, and the little yard, the most. NEW: a high speed (240 volt) charger for EVs. You need an adapter.
