The apartment enjoys good access to public transportation: major bus stops are 1 to 2 blocks away and Columbia Heights metro station is less than a 10 minute walk (Cleveland Park Metro is a short bus ride away). Street parking is available on a first come, first served basis but residential parking permits are required during the week (not weekends) if you plan to park more than 2 hours at a time. We can provide you with a parking pass if you need one. * Pack-n-play and booster seat are available upon request. * Parking permit is available on request (there is a $200 fee if it is not returned).

The host is not responsible for paying parking tickets. There will not be a paper copy of the permit issued. The City has started an electronic permit system as of August 2025. There is no fee for obtaining the permit.
