A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. The coastal towns Southwold and Aldeburgh are around 50mins drive. The accommodation includes a double bedroom, large shower room and an open plan living, kitchen, dining room. We have off road parking with private access to the barn, and garden area completed with dining table, outside lighting and comfy reclining chairs.
