The view is of our renewed beautiful green park! I can provide free parking in my private parking lot in XIII. dist. It takes a half an hour to get there by public transport! The 81sqm apartment has well equipped kitchen. The kitchen has cutlery and plate sets, fridge, microwave, coffe machine, toaster, electric kettle. The apartment also has a washing machine, sauna, air condition, smart TV furthermore provides shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer and 2 different size of towels per person.
