The Centennial Cottage Est. 1840 is one of the oldest boarding homes located in the historic hamlet of Palenville, where travelers would stay on their way up to the Mountain House(now North & South Lake). The newly renovated apt is located on the first floor of this charming three unit building located at the base of the Kaaterskill Clove. Its where neighbors still sit on their front porch to visit & take nightly walks to see the glorious views of the mountains, with a short walk to the creek.

The home is located in "CATSKILL PARK", only five mile away from the #1 most visited state park in New York, "NORTH SOUTH LAKE" where you can camp, picnic, hike, swim, sail, canoe, kayak or just experience the beautiful view of the "CATSKILL MOUNTAINS". The apartment is very spacious, secluded and safe with plenty of room for children to play. We have enjoyed this area most of our life's and have raised our kids up here, so I am sure you will too! We have 2 lovable pups that live on site.

This two-story apartment is part of the Colonel Abraham Hasbrouck House, a registered landmark built in 1735 in Kingston's walkable Stockade District. A one minute drive to Hunter Mountain or 10 minute (1500 foot :) walk! This cozy, newly renovated apartment is ideal for a small family or group of 4. One bedroom with a queen bed, spacious living room with a futon, bathroom, and kitchenette with dining area. This arrangement is very much like a 2 family home and this is the lower level. We recently installed security cameras on the OUTSIDE. If this is a problem for you please let us know asap.

"Your Country Getaway at Beulah Land Farm."

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

The charming farm house is roughly 200 years old, located 2.5 hours from NYC, 25 minutes from the Hudson train station. Susie's Climax Creations is on a quiet dead end street. The apartment has a private entrance and completely self contained.
