Situated in the picturesque village of Gilling East on the edge of the North York Moors national park, Fairfax View offers the perfect base to explore this beautiful corner of Yorkshire. This one bedroom cottage has en-suite shower room, well equipped kitchen and large lounge with double sofa bed (available for use by prior request). Located directly opposite the highly-acclaimed Fairfax Arms and on the edge of the Ampleforth Abbey and College campus, with a 9 hole golf course in the village.

The Pines Treehouse @ Treetops Hideouts

The Pines Treehouse is nestled underneath a huge oak tree sitting high above the running water of Sand Beck. Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. A great effort has gone into creating this space to allow you to simply relax and reset in nature.

The Little House Peaceful & self-contained

Located in the centre of the lovely village of Kilburn on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, the Little House is peaceful, cosy and self-contained, tucked away from the general hustle and bustle of the village with a safe garden for dogs and children. The Forresters Arms, serving local ales and meals, is a mere 20m across the square, it is best to reserve a table. The Mouseman Furniture Centre is just around the corner and the White Horse of Kilburn is a good walk up the hill.

1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). The upstairs 'hayloft' bedroom has characterful sloping ceilings. (6ft 4 max) and downstairs the open plan space provides a beautifully equipped kitchen, dining area & relaxing lounge with a sofa, which opens out into a comfy bed for those who prefer to remain on the ground floor, looking over the garden.

The Den at Husthwaite Gate

The Den is cosy and comfortable and offers great accommodation for up to 6 guests (adults and children). It is a cleverly and sympathetically converted building on a site which was originally a sidings for the local railway station (closed in 1960's). Materials were up-cycled giving a special timber interior but benefits from up to date fittings and technology It is on a private and tranquil site in open countryside with great views and lovely walks.
