Our villa is situated in historical city center, close to the city port, the beach and the Piazza. It has three floors. Ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, spacious living room and a lovely yard with jacuzzi. Stairs take you to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. On the second floor you can find bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a fantastic view on city center, sea and beautiful archipelago.

In the 'white part' here are three spacious floors with 140 m2. Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Twin II

One idea, two brothers, two houses, architectural twins. The combination of the light, natural materials and couple of historical sculptures older more than 300 years make a perfect join. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the island and the Adriatic sea. One house can accommodate a group of max four people. The shared swimming pool is on the back of the houses, offering privacy and a place to relax for our guests.
