Slowly awaken in a cosy loft as daylight enters through large windows. Descend stairs to a main area done almost entirely in refreshing white, grounded by natural wood floors. Sliding doors open onto a shady terrace—a perfect spot for morning coffee. Furnished loft apartment with bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen and living room in a recently completed complex in Walmer, Port Elizabeth. Located within 2km of the airport and walking distance from multiple restaurants and a large shopping centre. Suitable for young professionals and couples, travelling business people and tourists looking for short term leases. A dedicated bay is provided in the parking area within the electrified fence. Access is gained through either the automated vehicle gate or the pedestrian gate alongside which is connected via intercom to the apartment. Dedicated parking bay is No. 9. I will meet with guests upon arrival and departure and can be contacted via mobile phone during their stay. The apartment is in a newly completed complex in the quiet residential suburb of Walmer. Walk to multiple restaurants and a large shopping centre. There's easy access to a main road and the airport is only 2 kilometers away. Restaurants, launderette and large shopping centre within easy walking distance. Uber and taxis readily available for further distances. The apartment is fully furnished. No children under 10 years old, whatsoever. Maximum of 2 people only. The kitchen has all cooking and eating utensils required. Wifi access provided. SmartTV with Netflix subscription provided. Sunny Modern Apartment - Great Location!

Ideal for businessmen, a couple or small family [child u18]. A spacious, modern, fully furnished, one bedroom, second floor apartment, private entrance. Ideally situated close to leading schools, hospitals, restaurants, malls, a short drive to stunning beaches. The large 3.2m x 2.3m corner sofa can comfortably sleep an older child. For young children a mattress can be laid on the floor. There's a flat screen TV with Netflix & great Wi-Fi! Only registered guests may make use of the apartment.

Our secure garden cottage has it's own entrance, with use of swimming pool and braai facilities. The space is newly renovated, with Egyptian cotton bedding, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk and bottled water are provided. Spacious shower in the bathroom. Uncapped wifi, a desk for work, and Netflix and Showmax available. Enjoy sundowners on our deck overlooking the pool. You also have your own private outdoor seating area perfect for alfresco meals.

We are close to the beach and shops restuarants and take-aways. The beach is a 10 -15 minute walk. It is in a quiet neighborhood opposite a Park with trees. There is a double bed so couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers are welcome. The Upmarket room has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a kitchenette for light cooking (Microwave, hot plate,toaster, kettle and a fridge.) There is a remote controlled garage and a completely private entrance. No Visitors are Allowed

Practical and comfy

A very comfortable and practical space for the weary traveler. Located in a quiet family suburb close to the airport, and less than 1 km from a large shopping Centre. We are within walking distance of several fast food outlets, Spar and Checkers. Relax and lounge in front of on comfy couches and have a restful nights sleep in one of two comfortable queen-sized beds. For the traveling executive there is a suitable work station that allows you to be productive while you travel.
