The Lake House by Hvammsvik Hot Springs

The Lake House is part of Hvammsvik Nature Resort and Hot Springs, a gated 1200 acre estate along the coast enjoying spectacular nature and views, only 40 min away from Reykjavik. It's a magical place where you become one with nature in a rustic yet luxurious lodge with top quality furniture and art and a shared hot spring, fishing lake and close to many amazing sights like the Golden Circle, Glymur waterfall and hiking paths. It lies 15 minutes (by car) south of Blönduós and 2 km from the main road.

It is 28m2 in size and is split into a bathroom and then a open space where is the kitchen, a living room and then a corner where the double bed is. The cottage is by the farm Snæbýli 1 which is the last farm before heading on the mountainroad (F210).
