This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
