This Cozy 2+1 is located in center of Marmaris. In the house there are all you need. Coffee machine, teapot, microvawe oven, WM, dishwasher, two TV sets etc. All the rooms has air conditioner. Apartment located on the seaside. There is public beach across the street. On the mainroad 15 minutes parking is free. You can easily find free parking place around three parallel roads far from the sea. It means five minutes walking distance.

In the afternoon, walks in the fresh air by the sea in Akyaka 10 min by car from the house, a walk in the pine forest just behind, horseback riding in the stable.
