Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

Outdoors, enjoy two seperate spaces, one with a fire-pit and bbq and the other with a hot tub and lounge area. Whether you’re planning a romantic weekend, a solo escape, or a peaceful home base while exploring Boise, our little snug offers the perfect blend of charm, comfort, and personality.

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Enjoy local coffee beans on us. Outdoor BBQ, private yard + deck. Come relax in a peaceful, beautiful setting. **Loft access via older-style attic ladder, not stairs. They are wobbly but safe. Please be cautious. Please, no smokers or cats.

Sage Cottage

Peaceful guest house just 5 minutes from downtown Twin Falls. Our 9 acre property has a gated entrance shared with our home. Beautiful views from the front picture window of rolling farm fields, grazing cows and the south hills. The guest house is surrounded by a small fenced yard with a propane fire pit, tree swing and chairs. My family and I live next door and are happy to help with anything you might need during your visit to Twin Falls.
