It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. This Custom Dodecahedral Cabin is set amid a peaceful neighborhood in Idyllwild, CA. The cozy, storybook home fits perfectly within the forest, dwarfed from its center by an Ancient Ponderosa Pine. Resting atop a full acre of private, old-growth forest, The Fox & Leopard Treehouse overlooks a seasonal stream which runs all the way down beneath the stone bridge at the entrance to the estate.
