Elaiodentron eco House

(Eleó–then–dron) comes from the classical Greek word for the olive tree. A modern eco-friendly stone-built retreat, set in a private olive grove using regenerative farming, just 2 km from the sea, surrounded by olives, pines and cedars, with views of Ha Gorge. The area is known for its natural beauty, biodiversity, hiking trails, gastronomy and rich archaeological heritage. The house is easily accessible, with nearby towns like Ierapetra and Agios Nikolaos, traditional villages and many beaches.

Located in one of the most evocative parts of Ierapetra's promenade facing the old venetian Castle. The location of the suite makes it ideal for "car free" vacations. Restaurants , cafes, bars, banks and town's marketplace lie just within 2-3 minutes walking distance. In its' 70m² provides two bedrooms a spacious living area, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

A few minutes drive and you are outside the town where you find a variety of pristine beaches. Perfect for couples, families, or working nomads, our apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.

An ideal spot for individuals seeking peace and quiet close to the nature and for adventurers that want to explore central and east Crete. The villa occupies 95 sqr metres and is located next to the sandy beach of Ammoudara (400m). The city of Agios Nikolaos is 5 minute car drive away. It is suitable for couples and companies of individuals offering a beautiful sea view to the gulf of Mirabello. It is located within a garden full of lemon trees and olive groves overlooking the big blue.

Comfortable Maisonette in the centre of town

This 54 m² ground floor maisonette in central Ierapetra is ideal for exploring the southernmost town of Europe. It’s a five-minute walk to beaches, supermarkets, banks, and the archaeological museum. The intercity bus station is 15–20 min on foot. Two free parking areas are under 200 m from the maisonette, with another on the seaside road behind the Municipal Library. At the most south place of Europe, with very mild winter. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Newly build apartment complex located in the heart of Ierapetra, in a quiet neighborhood just a breath away from the town center. Each floor of the complex has 3 apartments, 2 of them are suited to host up to 2 people, and 1 is suited to host a family or a group of friends up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an elevator for all floors of the complex. There are lockboxes located in the main entrance with numbers that show your apartment door number.

Lithodia Guesthouse is a lovely stone-built house on the traditional settlement of Monastiraki, ideal for couples who wish to relax in a romantic and picturesque landscape of authentic Cretan culture. Enjoy breakfast, but also an afternoon drink, in the courtyard, overlooking the beautiful bay of Meramvellos, gazing at the magnificent sunset and the unique gorge of Ha. The area has free parking space and quick access to wonderful beaches.

Melinas House

Our beautiful family house is located 9 km west of Ierapetra and 3 km to Myrtos, at the beach side of the farm village Ammoudares, at a distance of 30 m from the beach. It's a 65 sqm house, with a spacious balcony and a lot of outdoor space with a playground for small children. There are lots of trees, mostly olive trees and pine trees by the sea side. Its a very quiet place, with the discrete neighbouring of my parents.
