Feel at home in our recently renovated East London house, situated on a tree-lined residential street between Leytonstone and Forest Gate. We spent the last year renovating the whole house to a high standard, ensuring that the house is a bright, welcoming and sociable space which we love spending time in. The area has a real community feel and we have loads of great amenities on our doorstep - yoga/exercise studio, 3 great pubs, cool wine bar, lots of walks via Wanstead flats/park & much more!

The House of the Happy Horny Cow

Holy COW ... this is most likely the horniest house in Walthamstow! Built 1901, bombed in WW2 & rebuilt 1947. Now fully refurbished to beyond modern day standards. Bovinely decorated ... a mash between Edwardian splender & elegance, with a hint of contemporary & a full blast of quirk! Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton where you can walk to shops and restaurants. My garden apartment full of art and fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a couple to relax cook and read. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a XXL mattress. The dining space opens to the private back garden with space to eat. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits two people. There’s a projector and screen for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors

Bring the whole family to this perfect home with lots of room for business & pleasure. This three bedroom house is a perfect home away from home. With everything you need from a seperate reception to an open plan living, fully equiped kitchen and dining area. The garden is great for those summer months with a fire pit and a AstroTurf (please note, the summer house/outbuilding is NOT included and will remain locked).
