Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

Seahorse Cottage is situated in a quiet part of town, close to river and a short walk to shops. The guest house is a spacious building which opens out onto a modern deck with BBQ and garden. This property has internal stairs with two large, comfortable bedrooms situated upstairs. The bedrooms have been recently airconditioned for your comfort in humid or very cold weather. The downstairs living area is airconditioned.

Located in a quiet court, walking distance to supermarket, shops and Club Iluka (bowling club). Its just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful bay and playground. Quiet secluded beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, where sometimes you can be the only one on the beach!

It comfortably sleeps two in a beautiful King size bed , it has a lovely kitchen for nights when you want to stay in and is centrally located on a quiet street at Spooky Beach, Angourie. Enjoy a fully self contained space with a beautiful ambience it also has private verandahs on both levels.
