Tower Hydropower

The Tower is suitable for everyone who’s passionate about nature and the sounds of waterfalls and rivers. Located in Imereti, the wine region surrounded by mountains and rivers. At the beginning of the 20th century, the tower served as a micro-hydropower plant. After the building's rehabilitation, a modern Archimedean screw turbine was installed. The total area of the land lot is 1,130 sq m, with a 140-sq-m building offering a panoramic view. The property is guarded by Boto, a loyal dog on duty.

Apartments Comfort

Comfort House, unlike others, is completely at the disposal of the guest. We welcome guests of any nationality. At the meeting, I give the guests the key to the house and you live on your own. The house is ideal for living, consists of 4 rooms, a separate kitchen, a garage and a yard closed from the eyes. When traveling, you will only need your personal belongings with you. Here you can enjoy homemade Georgian wine in front of a burning fireplace, sit at a table in our blooming garden in summer.

19 century house-Parna’s tadiontal home

Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden, and dine in our restaurant while it serves home-cooked Megrelian food.Toilet and bathroom is in the first floor of house.
