Hello! I have this penthouse where there is a small attic for everyone. I would like my guests to have a wonderful time here. It is really spacious and clean. I love this place so much so I hope all my guests have pleasant experiences. My house is all furnished. It has a quite good view looking through the town. It is nicely decorated as pictures shown. I seasonly update the house for the pleasant reasons. My apartment has very spacious parking lot. Some concert halls are closed by cars.

Industrial Art-workshop Loft 900sqf

We have used the space for our private art-workshop for many years and all my friends visited recommended listing in Airbnb and now we're open to public for private party and staying over night in this exotic space. I have to say it is NOT a typical house or an apartment with all conveniences but it should please some folks who appreciate what we can offer. Industrial terrazzo flooring and no ceiling BUT 'nice and cozy beds', 'generous dining table for 8+', and 'long desks' to enjoy.
