We are located a few minutes from the "Paseo Mendoza" gastronomic pole, as well as from the descent to Av. Panamericana (Exit Dique Lujan), for which there is quick access from the Federal Capital.

Charming, rustic, very bright 19th C studio, restored with original doors and windows. The studio is totally independent with a private entrance with a covered parking space. We have a double bed and an original 19th-century Victorian bed for extra guests, a powerful ceiling fan and Air Condistioning, for use if the temperature soars. We have a microwave to heat fast food and a refrigerator to keep fresh drinks and snacks
