My Blue Heaven—Family Home in the Heart of Lake Placid

Watch the world go by from one of the rockers on the wraparound porch. Spacious, inviting vintage home with updated decor. Two eating areas, cozy nook with wood stove. Walk to town & lake. Lots of space to relax & unwind. Equipped with desks & Wi-Fi for remote work. We look forward to hosting you and hope enjoy the magic of Lake Placid! We welcome parties of 10 or less with a maximum of 6 adults. No parties/events. No smoking. (Town Permit # STR-200292) Guests have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage interior, the basement and an owner's closet. We're available anytime via cell phone and have a property manager nearby who is available to address any issues. Set in a quiet neighborhood in the center of town, stroll from here to boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. Lake Placid, Mirror Lake and the original Olympics facilities are all within walking distance. Hop on the shuttle to reach Whiteface. Walk or drive as you like. A shuttle to Whiteface is available around the corner as well. We provide starter toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, 2 hair dryers, all bed linens including pillows, towels and basic cleaning supplies. The kitchen is meant for cooking with pots, pans, mixing bowls and more! There is a supermarket right up the road (and plenty of speciality markets around town.) Happy eating!

Our house sits overlooking a cranberry bog, looking to the west over Tupper Lake with amazing sunsets. There's even a treehouse with amazing views down the lake. Beautiful whole upper house. Owner or host might reside in lower apartment, but you will be notified if anyone is there. Great location. Save on gas, walking distance to drug store, grocery store, all the village shops, restaurants, bars. Next to snowmobile, bike trails, skiing, and the beautiful Moose River. Enchanted Forest is 5 minutes away, and walking distance to beach, and boat rentals. Quite neighborhood with school and field across the street.

Tempur-pedic cloud mattress King Master Bedroom and also Queen size in guest. Bunk Room has 2 Full size regular mattress and 2 twins above, (3) Full baths. House is equipped with a Automatic Generator. Great family getaway to enjoy the Adirondack.

Quiet Cottage in Awesome Location

Clean (no-Febreze odors ever), quiet, very cozy older home, completely furnished, plus books & games. One-half block above Main Street. Park and walk to Olympic Arena & Skating Oval. No Smoking & definitely NOT a 'Party House' (cleanup and/or damages will be accessed so it's important to be clear up front). Short-term rent permit: Town of North Elba, NY # STR20-00429.
