Recently built 3 bedroom home right next to the ocean. Perfect getaway for you and a few friends. You can also hear the ocean outside. There's (Hydropool 660) Hot Tub installed. If you don't follow Hot Tub rules I will charge a $1000 damage fee. NO PETS ALLOWED!!!!! I will charge a $1000 damage fee if you bring pets. NO SMOKING!!!!! I will charge $1000 damage fee if you smoke in my house. NO GLITTER!!!!! I will charge $25000 damage fee if you bring glitter.

The perfect vacation! Beautiful large property that backs onto sandy Port Hood beach. 5 min walk to 90 km of gravel bike path, restaurants, ice cream, and 30 mins to Cabot Golf Courses. The cottage has a large screened sun room and 3 outdoor deck spaces to relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets. High speed internet, fully equipped kitchen, and BBQ. Welcome to this 2-bedrooom ocean-side, vacation home packed full of modern-day comforts and located within 5 minutes drive of the restaurants, shops and fisherman's dock of the Acadian village of Cheticamp. Enjoy stunning views of the Atlantic ocean, Cape Breton's rugged coastline and spectacular sunsets from every room. Kindly note that children must be 8 years or older to stay, pets are not permitted and maximum occupancy is 4 persons.
