“On The Rocks-West” is a luxury Eco-Friendly holiday home on the island of Ios in Greece with a swimming pool, large garden, BBQ and breathtaking views. The perfect location for groups, or families with young or teenage children. It is situated in a quiet part of the island just fifteen minutes walk away from lively Chora and right above the beautiful beach of Valmas. All bedrooms have en-suite bath/shower rooms, free toiletries and pillow & mattress menus that will ensure a great night’s sleep.

Welcome to Beach House Magganari, a serene upper-floor Cycladic home just 100 meters from the golden sands of Magganari Beach — one of the most peaceful and scenic spots on the island of Ios. Set within a traditional whitewashed building, this sunlit residence offers privacy, sea views, and timeless Aegean charm. The house features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 spacious verandas where you can enjoy your meals under the shade or simply relax while overlooking the garden and sea.

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(200 meters dirt road). With two bedrooms, two bathrooms,kitchen, a living room and an outdoor pool. The sea and the sun are scattered throughout all the rooms of the house. Enjoy the magnificent sunset, the serenity of the sea and discover the beauty at the narrow streets of Ios! We can host groups up to 16 people on our villas!

This is a big ( 55 sm) apartment with a huge balcony that view the port of Ios, the yacht mooring and the "Yialos" beach. The apartment has a big separate bedroom with double bed, a separate bathroom and a big living room with fully equipped kitchen, big fridge and the sitting area. In the living room area is another double bed. The apartment futures : Cooling and heating A/C units. Flat TV. Washing machine. Iron and iron board. Free WiFi .

Notre luxueuse maison de style cycladique vous accueillera pour vos vacances sur l'île de Ios, à 400m de la superbe plage de Yalos. Située légèrement en hauteur, vous bénéficierez d'une vue panoramique sur Kampos (la campagne), Chora (le village), le port et enfin la plage. Tout cela dans une quiétude absolue, loin de la vie animée du village, mais à proximité de toutes commodités. Malheureusement, nous n'acceptons pas les groupes d'étudiants.

Traditional Cycladic Studio (deluxe)

This renovated studio combine the traditional architecture with modern facilities. It is spacious (36m²) and comprise of a double bed, two sofa beds, a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The large private veranda offers stunning sea views. The studio can accommodate up to 2 adults and two children. It is ideal for couples and families with small children.

Magganari is the most popular destination on Ios boasting a set of beautiful beaches with golden sand and crystal clear emerald water The area is generally peaceful and the visitors may enjoy the most relaxing holidays. Magganari , is on the south of the island 25km from the main village. There are Not Super Markets no Bars.
