Welcome to the Dragonfly Haus! Where the views of Van Etten Lake are immediately seen as you enter the front door. This fully renovated lakefront home has all new furnishings, linens, etc...and comes w/a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, RokuTV & WiFi, gas grill, kayaks, patio w/gas firepit, a wood firepit (w/wood) and a dock for fishing/ boating (seasonally). Cabin 5 is in the center of it all. This waterfront cabin has its own deck overlooking Lake Huron. There is also a futon which can sleep 2 extra people. Shady Shores is conveniently located along Michigan's gorgeous east shoreline along US-23, locally known as the sunrise side. The resort features stunning, unimpeded views of Lake Huron and the eastern horizon. We are located 2 miles south of downtown Oscoda and 12 miles north of downtown Tawas. We have direct access to Lake Huron as well

The quaint town of East Tawas is only minutes away that offers wonderful shops & restaurants. Tawas beach (Lake Huron) is less than 2 miles away. Come for a night or stay the week on Michigan’s sunrise side.
