We are climate controlled with a mini split HVAC to keep you toasty warm in spring, fall, and winter and comfortably cool in the summer. Internet access and TVs in the living room and master bedroom. Come stay in our cozy studio apartment, where you can enjoy privacy and comfort. Beautiful Lake Junaluska can be seen after a 5 minute walk. The apartment includes an incredibly soft, custom-made bed (gel memory foam topper; king width, twin length), a night stand, a vintage dresser and two closets, an expandable table for eating or working, two chairs, and a kitchenette. The attached private bathroom completes the space. Maximum occupancy is 2. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM. NO SMOKING. NO PETS.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!
