Unser Häuschen liegt ruhig und zentrumsnah zwischen dem Stadtplatz und der A94. München, Passau, Salzburg und Chiemsee sind sehr gut mit dem PKW erreichbar. Ein nahes Ausflugsziel ist die Burghauser Burg, aber auch Tagesausflüge in die Berge kann man von hier aus gut einplanen. Badeseen, Freibäder, Supermärkte & Tankstelle sind schnell erreichbar. Ein Gästehandbuch mit sämtlichen Infos über das Ferienhaus, die Hausordnung, Restaurants, Ausflugszielen & Notfallkontakten findest in der Unterkunft.

Relax and enjoy your stay in our beautifully situated and renovated holiday home with a fenced in garden looking out over fields towards the mountains. Pets welcome. The apartment is close to the town of Traunstein and still in the middle of nature. An ideal starting point for outdoor sports and activities in the surrounding mountains and lakes e.g. walking, cycling, hiking, wintersports and day trips. Get to know our beautiful region while out and about in the sourrounding fields and forests.

In the heart of Salzburg old town! 2 mins walk to Mozart wohnhouse and 1 min to Mirabel garden. All sightseeing spots in city are within walking distance. Close to restaurants supermarkets and shopping. Barrier free. Newly renovated flat in a hundred years old building. Great mixture of historical charm and modern comfortableness. This is our home and we rent it out when we are traveling. It is perfect for family with kids but offers a good holiday place too for couples or group friends.

Lehn dich zurück und entspanne – in dieser ruhigen, urigen Unterkunft am Rand von Steyrling umgeben von Bergen, Wald, Flüssen und Seen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, vom Geschirrspüler über Gasgrill bis zum Mixstab, 2xTV. Mit Sauna, Garten, Terrasse.... Zum Stausee sind es 3 Autominuten. Der Fluss Steyrling fließt unweit vom Haus. Im Sommer gibt es dort schöne Schotterbänke und die Möglichkeit, sich zu erfrischen. (200m v.Haus). Gasthaus, Bongos Pizza und Dorfladen 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Durch die dicken Wände ist ein tolles Raumklima gegeben , auch im Sommer bleibt es sehr angenehm kühl. Die Umgebung ist ideal zum Radfahren, Wandern und Baden . Den Chiemsee erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten und die Berge in 15 Minuten. Wunderschöne Radtouren kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Schöne Gassiwege direkt von der Haustür aus und die Hunde dürfen auch frei laufen.

In the Alpenglühn, just a 5-minute walk from the salt mine, spacious apartments with 44 - 61 sqm await you, for two - four guests with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable height beds, sofa beds, large bathrooms and beautiful views. Our sauna area and our parlor are located in the basement. In the garden you will find a heated pool from April to October and a whirlpool all year round. One free parking space per apartment and free Wi-Fi.

Haus Anne

The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).

Chalet Franzi - Ferienhaus, incl. Gratis Solarbad

Our chalet was renovated in January 2019! Our grandparents already hosted so many happy guests. We now designed it new, bright and friendly. When you rent you can enjoy the chalet's prime location with spectacular views over the Gastein Valley and its surrounding mountains. Ski lift, public thermal pool and restaurants are in short walking distance. Trail-heads start right behind the chalet - a Gastein paradise.
