Lindo departamento BAJA ubicado en el primer piso de la propiedad con dos habitaciones privadas, ideal para relajarte con la familia. Hermoso espacio con un diseño compacto, cómodo y funcional con todo lo necesario para una estadía tranquila y confortable. El acceso a la propiedad es autónoma mediante cerradura con clave. Estamos ubicados a un poco más de 1.5 km del Malecón y del Centro Histórico. Aproximadamente a 5 min en auto y 15 min caminando.

We just added a swimming pool to the property!!! Use of Kayaks are available. The Casita sits on a very large lot along with Casa Del Sol a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath villa . Parking is ample and safe!!
