This wonderful 2nd row apartment located on the ground level of our home is the perfect place for the beach lover. The beach access path is directly across the street and it leads to a nice wide sandy beach. The home has been remodeled in recent years and is full of charm and character with features like granite countertops, beadboard wainscoating, and tile floors. You also have your own private gated yard area and patio. The central location is close to restaurants, bars, and the rec center.

This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house.
