The Picturesque 'Acropolis Cozy House' in the Heart of Plaka

Acropolis Cozy House: the name says it all. Here's a house, located right underneath the sacred rock of Acropolis, in the heart of Plaka, the oldest neighborhood of Athens. Earthly colors, wood and unique pieces of art, make up an ideal house for a small family or three people, with two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, on three different levels. At first you'll be drawn to this house for three simple reasons: location, location, location! It's within walking distance of almost everything you will want to visit in Athens. The Ground floor of the house consists of the living room, an open plan kitchen and a W.C. Right outside, there is the patio with comfortable sitting and also a rather unique feature: an outside bar. Here, along with your drink, you can enjoy great views of the surrounding city and the neighboring hill of Lycabettus. The First floor consists of a spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed. A wooden staircase leads upstairs to the attic, where a single bed can accommodate one guest. There is visual contact between the attic and the master bedroom. At the lower level of the house, under the living room, there is a wine cellar, complete with wine bottles and the exposed brickwork of the house's foundation. If you choose to visit, we believe you will agree with us, we haven't named it the Acropolis Cozy House for nothing! It really promises a warm, hospitable stay and a trully memorable vacation! Newly finished, a bright stylish and fully equipped elegant 70m2 fully air- conditioned loft can easily accommodate the needs of 1-5 travelers. It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Cretan Traditional Stone House of 1850 in the Nature and Flora of Chania

The house is located in a small traditional village which consists of two neighborhoods built on two elongated hills and separated by a ravine. At the bottom of the ravine is a very old stone fountain with trees. The houses are masterfully built of stone on the successive levels of the two hills thus providing a beautiful traditional settlement. The view to the opposite villages are impressive. The flora is especially rich in herbs and medicinal herbs such as oregano, thyme and labdanum.

Renovated apt. over the Bakery

A fully renovated (June '19) 31m² studio apt located on the 1st floor, just steps away from the square of Georgioupolis and only about 150m from the beach. The apt is surrounded by various amenities including grocery stores, souvenir shops, traditional Cretan tavernas, cafés, bars, rental services for cars, motorbikes and bicycles, a free parking area and an open-air municipal gym. Το kanathos apartment είναι ένα ισόγειο, μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα, κατασκευασμένο το 2018, που βρίσκεται στο Ναύπλιο, 1,5χλμ. από το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι Queen-size και Loft με δύο μονά κρεβάτια, με δυνατότητα διπλού. Είναι εξοπλισμένο με πλήρη κουζίνα, φούρνο, εστίες μαγειρέματος, ψυγείο, καφετιέρα, τοστιέρα κλπ. Έχει επίσης βεράντα περίπου 30τμ με τραπέζι και καρέκλες κατάλληλη για χαλάρωση. The apartment is only 600m from the port. 50 m away from the house there is a traditional greek tavern . Supermarket, bakery and other shops are available a fev metres away of the house. The organised and sandy beach of Papikinos is only 400 metres on foot. .Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται 600 μέτρα από το λιμάνι του Αδάμαντα,στα 50 μέτρα βρίσκεται ένα παραδοσιακό ταβερνάκι.Στα 200 μέτρα υπάρχει σούπερ μάρκετ και άλλα μαγαζιά. Η αμμώδης, οργανωμένη παραλία του Παπικινού είναι στα 400 μέτρα.
