Relax and reconnect with nature in a beautiful, handbuilt, shepherd's hut, nestled in ancient woodland on our family farm. Wander beside the river, or through the orchards to Bodiam Castle, hire paddleboards & kayaks, wild swim, hop on a steam train, tour the local vineyards, try some archery, or just relax by your campfire & enjoy the peaceful countryside, dark night skies & wildlife. Our onsite cafe, The Hub, is open daily, offering delicious, locally-sourced food & drink, and a play area.

A choice of vintage and retro caravans, Mabel, Pearl, Florence and Sybil, Design lovingly inspired in Cath Kidston, Orla Kiely and shabby chic. Located in 26 acres of beautiful woodland and meadows on Nethergong camp site close to Canterbury, Margate & Whitstable which includes plenty to do for the kids (check out their website). On site Facilities include, showers, washing and toilets along with a cafe and shop. Also home made pizzas available from the wood burning pizza oven on a Fri evening.

Izzie the Glampervan - in quiet orchard setting

When we are not using her, our modern, fully equipped campervan / motorhome, Izzie, is available to rent sited in a traditional Kent orchard, in Eastling near Faversham. Izzie is perfect for family glamping, a romantic getaway or as a base for a short stay in the beautiful Kent countryside, within the North Downs National Landscape. She would make an ideal ‘spare bedroom’ if you want to stay-over when visiting friends or relatives nearby. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape.

Hattie the Horse Box - unique conversion

Hattie is a unique, romantic, escape overlooking acres of horse pasture, secluded yet a short stroll to Hawkhurst with its shops, cinema/cafe, pubs/restaurants . Recently refurbished - facilities to a high standard: king bed, ensuite shower room & loo, towels & linen, electric ’wood burner’, fridge, microwave, hob, hairdryer, DAB radio. Hot tub by request for a small additional cost. There’s a gas BBQ, table & chairs & parasol in the private cobbled garden area - perfect for star gazing.

Our Cosy Caravan

A well kept cosy 1997 caravan with kitchen, fridge and toilet inside.The caravan does not offer hot water, but we do have onsite shower facilities for guests. Enjoy views of the countryside on our family run farm. Everyone will love all the animals and space that you will find yourself surrounded by, with plenty to do around the area. As we live on the farm we will be more than happy to help with anything whether that be pointing out a nice restaurant, bar or best places to explore.

Courtlands Glamping "The Jam van

Come and relax in our hand crafted interior of our converted van. 'The Jam van' has a double bed, kitchen (hob and fridge) comfy indoor seating and bar style outdoor seating. Plus a log burner and fire pit to keep you warm in the evenings. There is also a luxurious toilets and showers next to you in a converted horse box. You may park right next the The Jam van and come and go as you please. K9s welcome. A selection of breakfast choices are available too.

A completely unique experience, staying in a refurbished vintage 1950s American airstream with bespoke bathroom and sauna, private shingle yard with barbecue, steps from the beach. Swim in the sea then jump in the sauna and all before breakfast! A short stroll to Kingsdown village and the award winning Zetland Arms. In the other direction you can walk into vibrant , beautiful historic Deal with its wonderful market - passing two castles on the way!
