Blake's Barn, Mattingley Farm

Blake's Barn is named after the Victorian farmer who built it. The stone barn was sympathetically converted in 1993, maintaining the beautiful original features while bringing it up to modern standards. The mezzanine master bedroom overlooks the open plan living area with the vaulted roof providing a unique airy space. A log burner completes the picture. Large sliding doors lead into the private walled garden with a covered dining area. Blake's Barn has been welcoming guests for over since 1993

The Wendy House

The barn conversion is a bright and spacious house enjoying spectacular views of the countryside from every window, including both sunrise and sunset. The house benefits from an upside-down layout with the living areas on the upper level, making the most of the views from upstairs. The downstairs bedrooms all have ensuite and can be king or twin bed layouts. Only a stone's throw away is Tapnell Farm and everything they have to offer. Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Classic Farmhouse nestled in National Landscape

Locks Farm House is a Grade II listed stone build dating back to 1702. It is a traditional long thatch with the roof also covering the former barn. There are two plain beam reception rooms and two double bedrooms, one with an original panel wall. All the rooms look out onto a walled garden and the Downs surrounding the village. The current owners restored the house lovingly using original materials and remain resident in Niton.
