The Drey situated in a quiet tree lined road in Sandown, part of the IOW UNESCO Biospere Reserve. A Blue Flag Beach is a 7min walk, coastal & country walks on the doorstep, along with the 32 mile Red Squirrel cycle trail. Restaurants and bars are beachfront. Parking is roadside additionally the station carpark is 2mins away. A full English breakfast is available for an extra charge. Regrettably, our facilities are not suitable for babies & children. Prior agreement is required for a Dog stay.

Martlets is a new but traditional home on the outskirts of Shanklin Old Village in a quiet countryside setting and within reach of the town, beach and country walks, offering quality B&B. Our maximum guests is 4, guaranteeing you our full attention. This room has a King bed, wardrobe & drawers, dressing table, satellite TV, hair drier, tea/coffee, with an ensuite bathroom. Guests have a seating area on the first floor. Breakfast comprises cereals, juice, tea/coffee, toast and a full English.

TV, tea/coffee facilities - can use in kitchen. A walk to Newport and bus access all over the Island and free secure bike storage. *please note pets are not permitted.

Rectory w/ Stunning Views (Room 2)

West wing of a 19c. Rectory next to Queen Victoria's local Church in Whippingham. Views over the surrounding countryside and river, but only two miles from East Cowes, and four from the county town, Newport. The house is still undergoing repairs and decoration. We are currently awaiting permission to replace the first floor windows. As the window in this room is in a bad way and now relies on secondary glazing to properly close it, the room price has been reduced accordingly.

There is a lovely guest sitting room and breakfast is served in our conservatory overlooking the garden. We are on hand to greet you and offer any information you may need to make the most of your visit. Off-road parking is available and a courtesy collection service is offered for the ferry terminal in Cowes

The Lodge on the Marsh

The Lodge is the only bed and breakfast on the Brading Marshes Nature Reserve. The Lodge is a quiet and peaceful place to stay. There is a beautiful garden to enjoy and wonderful views of the marshes and the downs. It is a bird watchers paradise, with also regular red squirrel visits. There are footpaths in all directions to enjoy. The Lodge has a double bedroom, shower and sitting room with a kitchenette. We leave a continental breakfast for you to enjoy.

Home from Home with Nina & Andy

We welcome you to come & stay in our quirky family home. Enjoy easy access to Ventnor main town with boutique shops, a gorgeous sea-front, and many places to eat & drink. Your cosy room is at the top of the house, giving you lovely views of St Boniface downs. We have a lovely small blind puppy named Louie, he is ultra friendly. We are a smoking household but only in our lounge and outside areas, I feel this makes our home unsuitable for young children.

Whilst staying at the house you have full use of our communal areas, we take well behaved dogs, but are an adult only establishment. This room overlooks our wooded front garden. Lisle Court is the ideal base for cycling, walking, sailing, golfing or simply exploring the history and beautiful scenery the Isle of Wight has to offer. You can even fish from our private jetty!
