Hi everybody!!We are situated in the little Venice (Chioggia) and we are just 40min away from Venice. The appartmarnt is located at the first floor, it has kitchen-bedroom and private bathroom and balcony with table. Our place has also a huge garden with private parking(included), relax area with coffee machine and a barbecue area. We rent bikes to our guests for FREE!! And also WiFi is included in your stay. My family and I live in the same building, so we are always here ready for helping you!

La struttura si trova a Berra (Fe). Casa Francesca è uno splendido casale del primo 900 immerso in un parco privato, perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità e contatto con la natura. Il casale è un bellissimo open space indipendente di oltre 60mq con angolo cottura, salone con caminetto e stufa, un'ampia camera da letto e un bagno. In giardino, la zona barbecue con gazebo è a disposizione per grigliare e rilassarsi nel verde. Non mancano l'orto con gli alberi da frutto e le galline per provare il sapore della vita di campagna.

Il mio alloggio è in centro città, arte, cultura e ristoranti. Ti piacerà per: l'atmosfera, il quartiere e gli spazi esterni. Adatto a coppie, single e famiglie (con bambini). La zona è centralissima, comoda ai servizi (supermercato, farmacie, fermata vaporetto, negozi). Ideale per raggiungere qualsiasi museo e luogo d'interesse: dista a soli 10 minuti da Rialto e 20 da Piazza S. Marco. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla Stazione ferroviaria S. Lucia. Comodo anche dall'aeroporto Marco Polo.

La Casa di Olga

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini). E' situato sia nel centro del paese che nel centro del parco del Delta del Po, diventato da poco Patrimonio dell'Unesco. Il mare è distante pochi kilometri (ca 10 min). Nella zona è possibile effettuare gite in barca. La casa mette a disposizioni 6 biciclette per escursioni nel boscone della Mesola e nelle numerose ciclabili della zona. This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is fully equipped, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace , the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!
