Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

Our apartament is close to the beach (just 250m!) nature (Cuvi-long promenade close to the beach, just few meters from our apartament), sport and recreation activities and ofcourse, restaurants and stores.

Few steps from the only city centre beach and Euphrasian Basilica in the Historic Centre of Poreč. There is a free parking for a car in the garden - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are allowed with charge of 8 euros per day that is payable upon arrival. La nostra casa si trova in un borgo originario nelle immediate vicinanze all'ospedale di Cattinara, 5 minuti dall'università ed a 10 minuti dal centro (zona fornita da autobus n. 35). Nelle vicinanze si trova una bella pista ciclabile. La vicina autostrada vi porta sull'altipiano carsico triestino e in Slovenia. La nostra casetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata per ospitarvi ed accogliervi. E' adatta alle famiglie.
