Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju u staroj kamenoj kući u pitoresknom istarskom selu Mrgani , samo 24 km od Rovinja. Legenda kaže da je u njoj živio zloglasni gusar kapetan Morgan nakon što je zakopao svoje blago u Dvigradu u Limskom kanalu. Stara kamena kuća potpuno je renovirana 2023. U sklopu kuće su 2 smještajne jedinice koje se mogu iznajmiti pojedinačno ili zajedno. Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.
