Our loft features a cute kitchenette, plenty of closet space, TV(YoutubeTV & Roku), an extremely comfortable bed! The loft is kept very clean and neat and will be stocked with all the essentials. Access to a beautiful 33' above ground pool! We are conveniently located about 5 miles from downtown Abbeville, and only a 10 minute drive to Erskine/Due West!

Come visit our cute, quaint home located a vast piece of land just minutes from Broadway Lake access where you can cast a line or go for a swim. Spend your time away by our fire pit, grilling on the porch, or simply watching the sunset and occasional deer sightings from covered deck. This property gives you that country feel with all the modern day amenities and more. 40 min to Greenville, 28 min to Clemson, and 10 min to Downtown & Anderson University and 7 minutes from Pine Lake Golf Course.

While designed for two, we can provide an additional twin mattress. The kitchenette includes a compact fridge/freezer, microwave, and coffee maker. I can show you how to operate the propane stove and lights and answer any other questions you might have. The rv shares the same drive way with the green house.
