Karşıyaka sahile, çarşıya 10 dakika, metroya ise sadece 3 dakika yürüme mesafesindedir. Evin çevresinde çok sayıda restaurant ve zincir marketler vardır. In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

My apartment is on the most attractive street of Izmir ‘Kibris Şehitleri’ with a sea view. One block away from sea front. (a minute by walk) and very close to Alsancak train station. (10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 7th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Hey:) This is a stylish and centrally-located place. 2 minutes walk to Üçyol center where you can find amenities such as markets, bakeries and all kinds of grocery stores. The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.

The apartment is located in Alsancak, the liveliest and most popular district of Izmir, within a 5-10 minutes walk to shoreline (Kordon), the bazaar , all cafes, pubs and restaurants. You can use the tram line, which is 2 minutes away from the house, to go to the historical Konak and Kemeraltı. For a pleasant ferry ride to Karşıyaka or Konak, it is sufficient to walk for 10 minutes to the Alsancak pier.
